Privacy policy

XRCUBE is a experimental android mobile application using Nreal Light smart glasses arriving on the market.
The term Application means the application for mobile, Android called XRCUBE.
The term XRCAM Server means the software component of the XRCAM Suite with which the Application is communicating.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from the Application and why we collect it, how we use / process this information and to whom we may disclose it.

Personal data

From our Application, we do not collect any personal data (for example, names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or complete IP addresses).

Communication data

When you use our Application via telecommunications services to communicate with a XRCAM Server, communication data (for example, the IP address) is automatically generated. The XRCAM Server does not retain this data, it is used only to establish communication between the Application and a XRCAM Server.

Using the Camera

We only use the camera for augmented reality experience and we do not collect any other information (photo, movie).

Position

Your approximate (network) or precise (GPS and network) position is never transmitted to the XRCAM Server. This position is neither retained by the XRCAM Server nor transmitted to third parties

Using the fingerprint reader

No personal data from the fingerprint reader is retained by the Application or sent to the Server.

Personal data not collected automatically

We never collect information in case of a failure of your mobile when using the Application.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, trade or transfer this information to third parties.
However, XRCUBE relies on software provided by other developers; their rules of confidentiality are also applicable.
